Rewards and Incentives

If you work hard, you’ll be rewarded – that’s the Daisy deal! 

We know that giving people something to work towards always brings out the best in them. At Daisy, we like to look after our employees with internal promotions and incentives that make working so much more fun!

As well as offering competitive rates of pay and benefits, the company does a great deal more to say ‘thank you’ for hard work and exceptional performance. We recognise our employees’ hard work with regular competitions, including ‘Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year Awards’ with fantastic prizes on offer for people who go that extra mile.

Employees also have the opportunity to get involved with outside-work activities arranged through our Sports and Social Club.  Amsterdam, Alton Towers and York Races are just some of the places members have enjoyed trips to. 

Another incentive we run is our ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme, which invites employees to recommend a friend to Daisy in return for £250 after they successfully pass their three month probationary period.
