The Daisy Academy – Connecting you to a better future

Daisy is a fresh, fun, innovative and fast-paced environment which is constantly offering development opportunities to all of our staff.

All of Daisy Group’s training is under-pinned by our in-house “Daisy Academy”. The Academy provides in-depth training via the business’ Learning and Development Team, accessible to all members of staff, no matter what their tenure or experience within the business.

Leadership Academy


For those wishing to develop their leadership skills, there is the Leadership Academy. An essential opportunity that enables future managers to develop the skills, abilities and leadership qualities needed to succeed in senior management.

The Academy is made up of three levels; ‘Manager’ (for team leaders & managers), ‘Leader’ (for heads of functions) and ‘Director’ (board level).

The Manager and Leader functions are eight month programmes that will be made up of various forms of blended learning, workshops, 360 profiles, on the job learning, e-learning and coaching.

The Manager level will support development in transactional management and Leader will focus on developing leadership skills to lead a function or department.

Sales

In terms of our sales training, a bespoke sales trainer works within the Academy to provide thorough training and support to all those currently in the sales team, as well as those who are new to the Daisy sales team.

Whether working in our internal sales teams or field-based roles, our comprehensive training programmes ensure that all new recruits gain an internal sales accreditation within four weeks of joining the company. So whether you are at a basic, intermediate or advanced level there is something for everyone.

Service

Our service academy will have entry, Intermediate and advanced levels. As a result of the Service Academy we will have people within Daisy who will be skilled to deal with every type of customer requirement. It is essential that key customer service is delivered in all departments; not just customer experience.

Apprenticeship Scheme

Our apprenticeship scheme looks to provide new opportunities for people to kick start their careers within a variety of different roles including telephone engineering, mobile and customer services. We want to encourage fresh talent to join Daisy and contribute towards our growing success.

For entry-level training, targeting those who are completely new to the industry, such as people from a public sector background, from a non-office environment or are looking to re-enter the workplace following unemployment, as long as their attitude is the right one, the message is clear: we want to hear from you.
