The Daisy Academy
Daisy is a fresh, fun, innovative and fast-paced environment which is constantly offering development opportunities to all of our staff.All of Daisy Group’s training is under-pinned by our in-house “Daisy Academy”. The Academy provides in-depth training via the business’ Learning and Development Team, accessible to all members of staff, no matter what their tenure or experience within the business.
In terms of our sales training, a bespoke sales trainer works within the Academy to provide thorough training and support to all those currently in the sales team, as well as those who are new to the Daisy sales team.
Whether working in telemarketing, cross-sales or field-based sales, our comprehensive training programmes ensure that all new recruits gain an internal sales accreditation within four weeks of joining the company.
In addition, Daisy works with accredited external agencies giving employees opportunity to gain further experience via company-sponsored professional qualifications, including NVQs in management and customer services, ‘Certificate in Marketing’ diplomas (CIM) and ACCA accountancy training.
For those wishing to develop their leadership skills, there is also the Daisy Talent Programme, a 12 month Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited Programme for future leaders.
For entry-level training, targeting those who are completely new to the industry, such as people from a public sector background, from a non-office environment or are looking to re-enter the workplace following unemployment, as long as their attitude is the right one, the message is clear: we want to hear from you. .
