Paul Burton, Group Director of Shared Services

Paul joins Daisy having spent 32 years at British Airways. He joined BA in 1976 and having progressed through the company leading a number of high profile projects, including the T5 Programme.  His experience includes leading 1,100 staff in the customer service and operations function for BA World Cargo and managing major IT systems development projects.

Drawing on his extensive career in the aviation sector, Paul has undertaken independent consultancy as well as been invited as a guest lecturer on aviation management at City University London.
