Clare has more than 13 years senior operational and HR management experience working across a variety of industry sectors, including retail and leisure.

Following her success as Group Head of Commercial HR & Change for Shop Direct Group, Clare moved to a consultancy role with SFL who specialise in cultural change.  During her time with SFL she broadened her sector experience and worked with an international IT outsourcer and manufacturing and distribution company and worked within the public sector and social housing sector, delivering large scale transformation  programmes.

Clare is particularly skilled in organisational development, change, strategic planning and executing customer experience programmes, she has a proven track record in adding commercial value through implementing successful HR strategies.
