Andrew Fryatt, Operations Director

Andrew began his career with the Mars Group before moving into Retail, having held senior positions in a number of businesses, including Carphone Warehouse and T-Mobile.

Over the last few years Andrew has been in Managing Director and CEO roles in a mix of small and large organisations, including Tandy, T-Mobile Retail, and Ideal Shopping Direct Plc.  He has a track record in improving business performance by developing processes and structures to better meet customers’ needs and focusing the organisation’s resources on delivering its strategic objectives.

Andrew has an M.A. from the University of Cambridge.
