When Jonathan Mann was faced with redundancy two years ago, he scouted job adverts for possible alternatives but nothing leapt out at him. So, with eight years’ experience in the telecoms field, good rapport with customers and a desire to become his own boss, Jonathan decided it was time to go it alone.
