On-Premises Mobile Call Recording
Through our On-Premises system, all recordings can be made and stored in-house within your company’s network infrastructure. The mobile call recording solution is installed on-site using your existing PBX, telecom trunks, IP telephony networks and call recording equipment.
Daisy will install a server on-site which connects your existing PBX and manages call routing and authentication. The server can connect to your PBX via SIP or QSIG, and requires no external IP connectivity.
How does it work?
For corporate users the software application can be centrally deployed to the handsets and managed by your IT team. Calls are routed through the mobile call recording service and securely delivered and authenticated to handsets registered to the service.
This means the recordings will be stored on your own company infrastructure.
