Using Our Numbers

By using one of our numbers we can provide intelligent call handling services in the network without the need for expensive equipment to be purchased and installed on customer’s telephone lines.When combined with the Call Management Portal, Daisy SMART numbers allow your business to work more efficiently whilst offering your customers and callers a complete and professional service.

Our services can be provided on ANY number type in the Portfolio. Customers traditionally think that numbers can only be delivered direct to another landline – THINK AGAIN, by using Daisy your numbers become MUCH MORE THAN A NUMBER!

Already have a Daisy Line? We can offer an additional service to report on calls received. By using this service customers can assess how many call and minutes are being received and also how effectively calls are being answered.

Daisy are able to provide both Non Geographic and Geographic numbers for customers.

• Daisy numbers can be diverted to any UK Landline, Mobile or International Number (calls delivered to Non UK Landline number incur additional costs)
• Portability, Take your number with you – if you move location or want your calls to be answered at a different location, this can be done within seconds via our Web Portal
• Increased Sales – Use of a Freephone 0800 number can generate a substantial increase in the number of sales calls received.
• Call Routing – Calls can be distributed to multiple numbers, with different call services implemented dependent on caller location or time of day.
• Monitor Marketing – The use of multiple numbers can help organisations track the effectiveness of particular marketing campaigns.
• Business Continuity – If there’s a fault on a line, calls can be diverted to another number.
• No additional lines to buy – NTS numbers are directed to your geographic numbers using their existing phone lines.

Non Geographic Number

These number types are not linked to a UK Geographic Area. For example 0800, 0808, 0845, 03.

Geographic Number

Daisy are also able to offer 01 and 02 numbers that are not tied to a Fixed UK landline. We can provide exactly the same services on these numbers as we can Non Geographic Numbers. If customers want to retain UK Landline numbers but have the line ceased we can also port these to our Intelligent Network to be routed to another destination or provide a caller service in the Network.
