Daisy Mobile Recording enables you to use mobile phones without exposure to operational or regulatory risk, while roaming across any country or network, and without the need to change your airtime provider.

Daisy Hosted Mobile Call Recording is similar to the On-Premises solution, but instead of routing calls to an on-premise VMS, it routes calls to the hosted call recording platform located in our secure data centre.

How does this mobile call recording work?

As calls pass through the telecom network they are routed, recorded and stored in a secure data centre with replay and management control functions provided via the web. Each recording is indexed with time & date, along with the relevant details of the ‘calling’ or ‘called’ party and is available for replay immediately after the call has finished. Search, replay and downloads of calls and texts are available through a secure web portal.
