Daisy Price Information

 Non Direct Debit and non E-billing customers - 1st January 2012

Please note that as from the 1st February 2012 Daisy will be changing its standard charges for non Direct Debit and non E-billing customers.

Customers choosing not to pay by Direct Debit will be charged £3.50 per month and the cost to receive a paper bill, as opposed to using our free e-billing service, will also be £3.50 per month. You can avoid these costs by switching to Direct Debit and Daisy e-billing today.

 Clarification of use of Call Return and Ring Back services - 31st October 2011


Use of Call Return (1471)

1471 is a service provided on customer’s lines and by dialling the 1471 short code customers are given the date and time of the last caller. The service also offers the customer the option of returning the call by pressing 3. When customers press option 3 a setup charge is raised in addition to the normal charge rate for the call. The Call Return charge is raised whether the call is answered or not.
The charge for Call Return is 14p + VAT

Use of Call Return (1571, Call Minder variants)

If a customer’s line has one of our messaging services on the line, the customer dials the 1571 short code and can choose to return the message by pressing 0. When customers select to return the call a setup charge is raised in addition to the normal charge rate for the call. The Call Return charge is raised whether the call is answered or not.

The charge for Call Return is 14p + VAT

Use of Ring Back

Customers dialling an engaged number may select to choose the Ring Back service on compatible lines by pressing 5 (incompatible numbers include DDI, International Calls, ISDN numbers, Other Licensed Operators who do not have a Ring Back agreement with us). On successful setup of the Ring Back option a setup charge is raised

The charge for Ring Back is 30p + VAT

Line Rental Pricing Notification - 17th October 2011

Please note that from 1st November 2011 Daisy will be changing its line rental charges in line with recent changes announced by BT Retail.
The majority of Daisy customers will see an average 4.6% increase in pricing.

Our new standard monthly line rental prices from the 1st November will be as follows:

VAT Increase

From 4th January 2011 you’ll notice a change to your telecommunications bill.

The VAT rate will rise from 17.5% to 20% on 4th January 2011. Line rental and other communication services provided by Daisy will be charged at the new VAT rate from the 4th January onwards. Daisy customers can expect to see a change to their invoices from January and will continue to be billed at this rate going forward.
