Terms and Conditions
Advertised pricing is half price for an introductory period of 6 months on a 24 month contract and 12 months on a 36 month contract. After the introductory period standard pricing will apply for the remainder of the contract – standard bundle consisting of line rental, broadband and 500 minutes at £24.99, unlimited broadband data additional £5, and 1,000 minute call bundle additional £10 per month.
E-billing & Direct Debit customers only. Offer strictly available on single analogue lines only, bundled minutes cannot be shared across lines. 500 minute bundle includes calls to 01, 02, 03 and 0870 number ranges. 1,000 minute bundle includes calls to 01, 02, 03, 0870, 30 popular international destinations and the main four mobile networks (EE, O2, Vodafone and 3) with a 40% cap on mobile calls. Outside of any call bundle the Business Basics call tariff rates apply with a 3p connection charge for local and national calls capped at 5p, a 7p connection charge for mobile calls capped at 20p and a 5p connection charge for international calls with major destinations capped at 20p. All call caps apply to the hour, after which standard call rates apply. Standard line installation charge is £112 before discounts.
