KCOM Network Issues – 21st March – Resolved

KCOM is currently experiencing network issues which are affecting traffic on its network, including the Inbound Platform. This will affect KCOM Inbound Numbers including some of the conferencing services we supply.

Daisy Fixed Lines 01 February 2013 – Resolved

Some customers have complained of fixed line problems we are currently evaluating if this is a network issue further updates to follow

Daisy VoIP Service Notice – 30th March – Resolved

Update

Please be aware full service has now been restored as of 12:34. BT replaced hardware at one of their exchanges to resolve the issue.
No further updates will be provided on this issue.

Issue

Please be aware that there is currently a service issue affecting the Daisy Communications Voice over IP network that may result in some users experiencing issues making/receiving calls. The issue began at 11:15 am and is currently on going. The Daisy Communications support teams are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible and restore full service.
